We will be glad to offer support in obtaining a claim of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than a valid manufacturer' warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied. Any sign of misuse or road hazard will void the manufacturer warranty. Customer is liable for all shipping costs for returns due to warranty issues.
Free shipping and any shipping fees are only valid for the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and any international orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
20% restocking fee on all special orders (anything having to be freighted in).
Any information provided by Aquasun Motorsports in regards to any wheel or tire fitment for any application or purpose is only intended to help customers with product selection. It is of customer's exclusive responsibility to have installers taking all necessary precautions to determine proper/safe wheel fitments before installing them on customer's vehicle.

It is the customer's entire and exclusive responsibility to check wheels, lug-nuts, bolts and/or any other wheel installation hardware and tires for proper fitment to its vehicle and Aquasun Motorsports accepts no responsibility for losses, damages, accidents or even death caused by improper fitments and or installations that are of customer's/installer's exclusive responsibility.

VERY IMPORTANT:
BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES ON THE WHEELS, CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO TEST FIT THE WHEELS ON VEHICLE AND MAKE SURE THAT BOLT PATTERN, SIZE AND OFFSET ARE PROPER. CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THAT PROPER WHEEL FASTENERS (LUG-NUTS OR BOLTS) ARE INSTALLED. HAVE A PROFESSIONAL WHEEL AND TIRE INSTALLER INSPECTING ALL COMPONENTS PRIOR AND AFTER WHEEL AND TIRE INSTALLATION ON YOUR VEHICLE. ONCE YOU DRIVE ON THE TIRES AND THERE IS ANY SIGN OF TIRE WEAR THEY BECOME USED.
NO RETURNS, STORE CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR WHEELS AFTER TIRES ARE MOUNTED.
WHEEL AND TIRE PACKAGES: WHEN ORDERING WHEELS WITH TIRES MOUNTED, CUSTOMER HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO TEST FIT AND MAKE SURE THAT THE WHEEL & TIRE ASSEMBLY IS RIGHT FOR THE APPLICATION (PERFECT CLEARANCE, FLUSH MOUNT ONTO THE HUB OF THE CAR ETC...). SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST ALSO BE GIVEN TO ALL WHEEL ACCESSORIES INCLUDING LUG-NUTS, WHEEL LOCKS AND LUG-BOLTS FOR PROPER SIZE AND TYPE AND FOR PROPER TREAD ENGAGEMENT. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE CONTACT OUR STAFF BY PHONE OR EMAIL, ONCE YOU DRIVE ON THE TIRES AND THERE IS ANY SIGN OF TIRE WEAR THEY BECOME USED.
WHEEL INSTALLATION KITS SOLD BY Aquasun Motorsports: Aquasun Motorsports makes all efforts to select lug-nuts and/or lug-bolts that are proper to install aftermarket wheels on vehicles that maintain its original specs as to the wheel assembly; however customer is required to inspect these parts carefully for proper size and type. In doubt, please check with a professional wheel installation shop or consult your vehicle dealership. Aquasun Motorsports accepts no responsibility for wrong or unsuitable parts (lug-nuts, wheel locks, lug-bolts, bolt locks, wheels and tires) shipped to customers. In case you need to return or replace incorrect parts received, please contact us for detailed instructions.

DO-IT-YOURSELF WHEEL OR WHEEL AND TIRE INSTALLERS: WHEN INSTALLING WHEELS AND TIRES ON VEHICLES, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFE AND PROPER INSTALLATION. IN CASE OF DOUBT, DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE. HAVE A PROFESSIONAL WHEEL AND TIRE SHOP DO THE JOB AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INSTALLATION.

Aquasun Motorsports Return Policy
Before returning an order, you will need to contact our customer service department, please tell us why you want to return the item. A Return Form will be emailed or faxed to you and must be completed, signed and faxed back to us. Next a return number will be assigned to you. The return number is only good for 10 days from when it is issued.
Orders shipped via Federal Express are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Items must be properly packaged and must be insured for their full value as stated in our return policy. Lost or damaged parts can not be exchanged or refunded. Remember you own the item until we clear it in our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase
Products returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Also shipping costs and labor cost in mounting and balancing incorporated in the package is non-refundable for non-defective returns or exchanges.
Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This includes any return due to warranty issues. Warranty issues should be handled through the manufacture.
Report any damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of receiving your product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. No exceptions.
Used parts are not returnable. Wheels and tires that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned. No exceptions… We spend a lot of time checking your item. If the item is used it will be returned to you and you will be liable for shipping both ways.
When purchasing wheels alone, test fit wheels prior to mounting tires. Once a tire is mounted, there are absolutely no returns. We can tell when a wheel has been mounted.
Unless purchased together as a package, tires may not be returned or exchanged once mounted on a wheel. No exceptions.
Merchandise showing any extent of wear or damage from automotive use or improper installation may not be returned. We can only accept items in New condition. All items returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Labor costs of $60 for mounting and balancing incorporated in the package price is non-refundable on a return.
Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
All wheels and tires must be properly boxed and bubble wrapped (2 layers) before they are returned to us. Remember you own the wheels until we clear them in our warehouse.
No returns after 15 days. No exceptions.
Should you encounter fitment problems with an online order, Aquasun Motorsports, at its sole discretion, will either refund or exchange your wheels at no cost to you.
